CAA-IndiGo Cadet Pilot Program

Duration: ~20 months (CPL)

Selection Process
  1. ADAPT Assessment – The candidates undergo the ADAPT Assessment at our dedicated ADAPT centre. This assessment is an online psychometric and aptitude test tailor-made for aspiring pilots. Assessment fee: INR 30,000.
  2. Group Task Assessment with IndiGo Panellists – This phase involves a Group Task Assessment, where prospective candidates showcase their collaborative and problem-solving skills.
  3. Personal Interviews with IndiGo Panellists – Successful candidates from the previous stages will progress to personal interviews conducted by IndiGo Panellists. This stage offers candidates the opportunity to articulate their aspirations and experiences.
  4. Upon successful completion of the above steps, candidates will be invited to enrol and sign the Letter of Intent (LoI) with IndiGo.

Commercial Pilot License (CPL IR-ME)

Selection Process
  1. Online Assessment – Application review and eligibility assessment.
  2. ADAPT Assessment – The preliminary phase commences with an Online Entrance Exam, covering subjects such as English, Physics, and Math at a 12th-standard level. The psychometric test is designed to assess cognitive and behavioural attributes crucial for success in the commercial pilot domain. Assessment fee: INR 30,000.
  3. Online Personal Interview – The next stage is an online personal interview.

Chimes Flying Program (CFP) - CPL Flying Training

Selection Process
  1. Application Review and Eligibility Assessment – After submitting the application, candidates who fulfil the criteria will be notified about their eligibility status.
  2. ADAPT Assessment – Eligible candidates undergo Online Assessment of knowledge and psychometric test. These assessments evaluate suitability and aptitude for the program. The knowledge test covers English, Physics, and Mathematics at a 12th-standard level. Assessment fee: INR 30,000.
  3. Online Personal Interview – Following the interview, successful candidates receive an offer of admission into the program.
