To gain admission, candidates must be at least 18 years old, have completed secondary education (STEM subjects preferred), be fluent in English, and hold a valid EASA or UKCAA Class 1 Medical Certificate. Candidates must also pass the computer-based ADAPT skills and personality assessment.
The ADAPT assessment is a computer-based test evaluated by the CAE Assessment Team. It tests mathematical capability, physics knowledge, cognitive skills, spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination motor skills, and personality alignment for commercial pilot training.
The Multi-crew Pilot License (MPL) is a fast-tracked airline-specific program (e.g., easyJet or Volotea) focusing on multi-crew operations from an early stage, leading directly to a co-pilot seat.
